Looking for excellent and diverse chapter books for 4th-6th graders? Consider the titles on our Children's Core Collection Lists, curated by Denver Public Library staff to ensure that a variety of reading levels, topics, themes, genres and more have been included. These lists include timeless classics, soon-to-be classics, funny books, touching books and lots in between. Check out our other. All games run directly on the computer, except for 3rd Grade, which runs in DOSBox with Windows 3.1. A later reissue did add support for modern Windows systems, but again, I can't get it to run without mounting the disc image. 3rd Grade and Math 1.0 are also available for Mac OS X 10.6–10.14. Mind Benders® is their favorite, and their newfound ability to work out not only which answers are 'right,' but also which 'can't' be right fills them (and me!) with such joy and accomplishment. Thank you for providing books that are a 'step above' the norm - books that my children actually enjoy doing!' My favorite book is “Wild” by Cheryl Strayed and my favorite TV show is The Office. My favorite foods are Mac & Cheese and gummy bears. I look forward to having an awesome time with you in 6th grade this year!

Thursday: Complete Name Prompt

Name Prompt: What's in a Name?

  • Who chose your name?
  • Why did your parents name you what they did? If you like the story of your middle name better, include those details as well or instead.
  • How did they make that decision? Include details!
  • How do you feel about your name? Why?

Take me through the process of you receiving your name. Remain organized and allow me to hear your mood and voice as you tell me about this very

important part of you.

*Write at least one page on loose leaf paper. Try to make it to the second page! If you choose to type it, make sure you have access to a printer.

You will be unable to print your assignment at school.

Due to the vast array of Android devices on the market, it is highly advisable to test out any given Android device before assuming that it will work with Stride Academy, even if said device meets the above specifications. For example, in our tests, we found the Kindle Fire HD to not perform adequately when rendering game animation. Taking this into consideration, we have not had many problems running Stride Academy on any of the modern devices that meet the above specifications.
